The 1997 U.S. Climate Action Report, Chapter 3 (112 KB PDF - reformatted for electronic distribution) was submitted by the United States of America under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. You may also access a text only html version of the entire 1997 U.S. Climate Action Report from the U.S. Department of State.
