Financial Assistance - States

States provide financial and technical assistance to local governments, public entities, schools, businesses, residences and others for activities which reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Supported activities include energy efficiency improvements, waste reduction and recycling, and renewable energy development. The types of assistance and eligibility varies by state.
