| 8:45 am – 9:00 am | EPA Natural Gas STAR Program - An overview of the Natural Gas STAR Program, its successes to date and details on how to access its benefits.
| 9:00 am – 9:30 am | ConocoPhillips Experience in Methane Emission Mitigation - ConocoPhillips will discuss their approach and experience in implementing cost effective methane emissions reduction technologoes and offer insight for obtaining operational and managerial support for these efforts.
| 9:30 am – 10:15 am | Directed Inspection and Maintenance (DI&M) and IR Leak Detection - A detailed review of implementing a DI&M program at production facilities to detect, measure, prioritize and repair leaks to reduce methane emissions. Emphasis will be placed on using optical imaging technology to aid in leak detection.

| 10:45 am – 11:15 am | Methane Savings from Compressors - Natural gas losses can occur from several specific compressor related components. This presentation outlines the technical and economic decision making process behind replacing worn rod packing rings, rods and seals.
| 11:15 am – 12:30 pm | Reduced Emissions Completions - BP and Weatherford will discuss reduced emissions techniques that remove sand, cuttings, and liquids during a completion to recover gas that is normally vented to the atmosphere.
