Maryland Environmental Benefits Districts (EBD's)

The Maryland Department of Environment (MDE) is working on air toxics reduction projects in East Baltimore and central Prince George's County. MDE has termed these areas "Environmental Benefits Districts" (EBD's) which are locations were the State, EPA and other stakeholders can focus their resources to address the environmental concerns of the targeted communities.
