  • Cities in a "No-Regrets" Climate Strategy: Lessons from Transition Economies (93k pdf)
    – Prepared for USAID and USEPA by the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (1997). This report focuses on selected cases that relate to city-level approaches to mitigation, and on policy tools that enhance economic well-being. It also provides first-hand analysis from in-country experts in four nations: Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia, and Ukraine.

  • AIJ in the Non-Energy Sector in India: Opportunities and Concerns (478k pdf).
    – By N.H. Ravindranath, Anandi Meili, and R. Anita
    (LBNL-41999, 1998). In this paper, the opportunities and concerns from the perspective of developing countries, particularly that of India, with respect to AIJ are presented, followed by three examples of non-energy sector project proposals.
