This is the PACE Survey report for 1994 from Census Bureau in PDF format. This was the last one issued in the 1990s. It contains statistics for the United States and States on total operating costs and capital expenditures for air, water, and solid waste pollution abatement in the United States during the year. The report also contains information on the costs recovered by manufacturers, either by reuse in production or by sale. Data are shown by four-digit Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for the United States and by two-digit SIC code for States for establishments with 20 or more employees.

The appendices contain a facsimile of the survey forms used to gather the data.
