Rule 418 (submitted 11/4/77) is disapproved., Rule 418 submitted 4/21/76 is retained. 4. Final interim approval of the Operating Permits Program effective on June 2, 1995; published May 3, 1995, 60 FR 21720. 5. Air Quality Management Plan for Mammoth Lakes PM-10 Planning Area for the Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District was submitted on September 11, 1991, and adopted on December 12, 1990 (61 FR 32341 June 24, 1996). 6.
