The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR) have applied to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 10 for the purpose of developing and administering water quality standards. Approval of the application would allow CTCR to adopt, review, and revise water quality standards; and to certify that discharges comply with those water quality standards for all surface waters within the Colville Indian Reservation, which includes portions of the Okanogan River, Columbia River, Lake Roosevelt, and tributaries to those water bodies.

Comments should be submitted in writing no later than August 22 to either:
