EPA has released its strategy, Plan EJ 2014, to protect people’s health and the environment in communities overburdened by pollution.

EJ and the Law Workshop: Heritage University, Toppenish, WA

EPA Assistant Regional Counsel, Cliff Villa, is shown presenting at a public workshop on "Environmental Justice and the Law", co-sponsored by EPA and Heritage University in Toppenish, Washington. In his presentation, Cliff defined environmental justice, described the legal responsibilities pertaining to environmental justice, and discussed environmental justice policies, tools, activities, and case studies.
