On July 1, 2009, EPA is publishing in the Federal Register the issuance of a final NPDES general permit for Federal Aquaculture Facilities and Aquaculture Facilities in Indian Country in the state of Washington--WAG130000. The permit will be effective August 1, 2009 -- July 31, 2014.
