Web Site Includes Drinking Water Compliance & Enforcement in Tribal Country
EPA has launched a Web-based Tribal Compliance Assistance Center that provides comprehensive compliance assistance and pollution prevention information for regulated activities in Indian Country. The Drinking Water section contains information about complying with drinking water regulations, the collection and testing of water samples, and the reporting of results, each of which are key elements of EPA's National Indian Country Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Priority.
