EPA announces the opportunity to comment on the State of Alaska’s Application to Administer the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Program. Public comment period runs from June 18, 2008 to August 18, 2008.

EPA approved Washington Department of Ecology's TMDLs (surface water quality improvement plans) for temperature for Lower Skagit River Tributaries on August 11, 2008.
