Competitive Funding: Please refer to FY 09 Request for Proposals (RFP). (http://www.epa.gov/owow/nps/tribal/pdf/rfp09.pdf) Pay special attention to Threshold Evaluation Criteria and Selection Criteria. Hard copy proposals must be received in the Regional Office by 5:00 P.M. December 15, 2009 or electronic submissions must be received Grants.gov by 11:59 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) December 15, 2008.

No late, emailed, or faxed submissions will be considered.
- SF 424: A signed SF 424 is required if you are submitting a hard copy. The form is already embedded in Grants.gov applications. Here is a link to the SF 424: http://www.epa.gov/ogd/AppKit/form/SF424.pdf
- Although the pdf prompt says that you can only print a copy of the filled-out form, you can save a pdf of a filled out form. Click on the print button when you are in the form, then click on Adobe PDF in the print menu and click OK. It will then prompt you to save it to a folder. Note: only the fields denoted w/ an asterisk need to be filled out.
- SF 424A: The budget form is recommended but not required. In Grants.gov it shows up in the Optional Box, as opposed to the Mandatory Documents Box.
