Toxics Release Inventory (TRI)

The Toxics Release Inventory is a national database that identifies facilities that manufacture, process or use toxic chemicals, and provides information about toxic chemical releases and waste management activities. The TRI toxic chemical list includes over 650 chemicals and chemical categories. Read more about the Toxics Release Inventory program

TRI Reporting
Facilities that meet certain criteria are required to report by July 1 each year. TRI information must be reported to EPA and the state in which the facility is located.
