Please download the 2006 P2 Grants guidance. Section IV. "Application Submission Information" of the 2006 P2 Grant Guidance describes how to submit your pre-application.
Paper pre-applications must be received in the Region 10 EPA Office no later than May 3, 2006. The mailing address is provided below.
If your pre-application is selected by EPA you should follow the Region 10 Application Handbook to complete your application. The handbook has the required forms and instructions needed to apply for a grant. You can download the handbook by clicking

Electronic Submissions must be received through Grants.Gov no later than May 3, 2006.
If your pre-application is selected by EPA you will use Grants.Gov to compete a full application.
Grants.Gov provides instructions on how to download the necessary software and application packet. You must have an electronic signature to submit an application through Grants.Gov. More information on obtaining an electronic signature is available on the Grants.Gov WEB site. With Grants.Gov, you will be able to submit your entire application on line with no hard copy or computer disks. Be sure to download and read the instructions and the application at the Grants.Gov web site. Follow the on-line instructions, download the PureEdge Viewer software and enter the Funding Opportunity Number, EPA-OPPT-06-002, in the space provide to retrieve the application package.
