What You Can Do
Washington Department of Ecology and EPA invite you to get involved with the Lower Duwamish Waterway site. Below are some ways to get involved and some resources to help you.
- Environmental Coalition of South Seattle (ECOSS)
, a Seattle-based non-profit environmental education and technical assistance organization, is hosting a series of Superfund meetings for the manufacturing, industrial and maritime community in 2009. Businesses and others interested in the Duwamish Superfund cleanup can submit comments anonymously at these events or directly through ECOSS. For more information, or to learn more about upcoming meetings, contact Kevin Burrell (Kevin@ecoss.org).
- Read EPA/Ecology Fact Sheets and other community involvement documents below:
NOTE: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, available as a free download, to view the files on this page. See EPA's PDF page to learn more about PDF, and for a link to the free Acrobat Reader.
