Superfund Site Listing
On December 1, 2000, EPA proposed to add the Lower Duwamish Waterway to its National Priorities List (NPL) of the nation’s most contaminated hazardous waste sites that are targeted for investigation and cleanup. On September 13, 2001, EPA added the site to the NPL.
