FARR Non-Title V Operating Permits

FARR = Federal Air Rules for Reservations

FARR Non-Title V operating permits can be issued to sources, located within the exterior boundaries of Indian Reservations in Idaho, Oregon and Washington, to establish federally-enforceable limits on the source’s emissions or potential emissions.

To be issued a FARR Non-Title V operating permit, sources must apply using EPA Region 10’s forms and instructions:
