Air Toxics: Canadian-American Cooperation
We recognize that pollution has cross-boundary impacts. Control strategies can have cross-boundary benefits and may require cross-boundary cooperation to be successful.
Georgia-Basin/Puget-Sound International Airshed Strategy
- The Georgia Basin/Puget Sound International Airshed Strategy will identify measures to reduce air emissions and address transboundary pollution in southwestern British Columbia and northwestern Washington State. Successes to date include characterization of the sources and movement of air pollutants within the airshed and a draft strategy document.
