Current Status
The 2007 grant is state wide. All funding received in the 2004 grant must be used in the City of Hartford.
A loan to Public Housing Residents Going Places, Inc. for $160,000 for the Main & Pavilion Shopping Center Project was signed on April 5, 2005. The new shopping center is complete and a grand opening event was held on January 13, 2006.
A loan to Colt Gateway, LLC for the Colt Gateway project is in process.
