Description
The former Dow laboratory property is part of the Upjohn site which is currently undergoing a Corrective Action pursuant to an EPA RCRA order. EPA has determined that there are no unacceptable exposures to humans from site contaminants in groundwater, soils, surface water, etc. under current site uses. The site will be part of the Upjohn site-wide final remedy. This part of the Upjohn site has gone through the DEP Property Transfer Program.
