Current Status
Through its EPA-funded Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund, the city was able to issue a loan to help fund cleanup of several dilapidated properties on Pacific Street in Stamford’s South End. Thanks, in part, to the Brownfields program, a beautiful new Harley-Davidson showroom now operates on the site.
