Description
Risdon Corporation's Cosmetic Container Division in Danbury, CT, produced lipstick tubes, perfume cases and caps. This former storage and disposal facility previously operated two unlined hazardous waste lagoons and an incinerator. The primary waste streams included plating wastes, metal hydroxide sludge, waste solvents, and petroleum distillates. The facility is no longer operating and the property is for sale.
