Description
Howe Furniture Corp., Norwalk, CT. The property at 151 Woodward Ave was formerly leased by Howe Furniture Corp. which manufactured table tops and bases at the site. Howe Furniture has since moved their operations and the facility is currently leased to three tenants who use the building as a crouton warehouse, post office annex, and electronics manufacturer/assembler. Howe has been conducting remedial investigations and cleanup under the CTDEP Property Transfer Program and EPA's Voluntary Corrective Action program.
