Available Workflows
- Webmast1step – a workflow that allows anyone in the webmaster group to publish a file directly to buckeye without going through additional approval steps. This provides the ability to respond to urgent requests for web posting.
- Author_Approver (2 Step Workflow). Workflow that moves the file from the author to an approver. After the file is approved it moves to Active (public server).
- Author_Approver_Webmaster (3 Step Workflow). Workflow that moves the file from author > approver > webmaster. This allows the webmaster to make any last edits such as adding a missing Exit EPA tag to a link leaving the EPA site. After the webmaster approves the file, it moves to Active (public server).
- ApplyPresentation - When there’s a change in the areanav file or if there’s a change in metadata then the apply presentation work flow needs to be run to update the file. For changes in the areanav file, the apply presentation is applied to files you want the change on immediately. The remainder of the site is updated overnight.
