Enabling TLS 1.0 in your Web Browser

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Tools menu at the top of the screen.
  2. In the drop down box, select Internet Options . . .
  3. A smaller screen will pop up:

  4. Click on the Advanced tab.

  5. Scroll down until you see the Use TLS 1.0 checkbox.

  6. Click on the box to select it.
  7. Click the OK button.

Firefox

  1. Click on the Tools menu at the top of the screen.
  2. In the drop down box, select Options . . .
  3. A smaller screen will pop up:
    FireFox - Internet Options
  4. Click on the Advanced icon.

  5. Under the top line of icons, click on the Encryption tab.

  6. Click on the Use TLS 1.0 checkbox.
  7. Click the OK button.
