Description | The SBC public benefits program is designed to help maintain momentum for the State’s efforts to promote competitive markets for energy efficiency and low-income services, research and development (R&D), and environmental protection. |

Eligibility | Funding from the System Benefits Charge will be used for New York Energy $mart Programs which includes energy efficiency, research and development, environmental programs, and low-income programs. |
